You can import call recordings, audio files, and transcripts. SonarPilot transcribes the audio (if needed) and analyzes it to pull out structured information. It works with recordings or text transcripts — no special format required.

From each recording or transcript, SonarPilot extracts and organizes:

• Contacts — names, phone numbers, email addresses, and roles;
• Properties and deals — addresses, budgets, price points, and deal stage;
• Follow-up tasks — action items and due dates;
• Meetings — proposed dates, times, and descriptions.

Automated extraction may contain errors, so it's worth a quick review before you rely on it.

Yes. You are responsible for recording lawfully. Illinois is an "all-party consent" state under the Illinois Eavesdropping Act, which generally requires the consent of all parties before a private conversation is recorded, and other states and countries have their own rules. SonarPilot does not record calls for you — by importing a recording you confirm you obtained any consents required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.

We use encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and account-scoped data isolation. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your content to train general-purpose AI models. Third-party transcription and language-model providers process your content only to provide the service and aren't permitted to use it for their own purposes. More detail is in our Privacy Policy.

You can delete individual recordings, transcripts, and extracted records at any time from within the app. To delete your entire account or request a data export, send a request using the form below or email us directly and we'll take care of it.
